Online Support Group
Our online peer-led support group takes place every other week in our Discord server, offering a relaxed and accessible space for neurodivergent adults to connect from wherever they feel most comfortable.
This is a low-pressure, informal environment where you can:
Chat with others who understand
Share experiences (only if you want to)
Listen in without pressure to participate
Ask questions or simply spend time in a supportive space
There’s no set agenda — just real conversations, at your own pace.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join. If you feel you relate to neurodivergent experiences, you are welcome here.
Whether you prefer typing, listening, or just being present in the space, you can engage in a way that works for you.
Important to know:
This is a peer support space, not a clinical service
You are free to come and go as needed
Cameras and voice are optional (text participation is always welcome)
In-Person Support Group
Our peer-led support groups welcome neurodivergent adults from all walks of life.
Held in a calm, sensory-friendly space, we offer a peaceful setting to connect, share experiences, and build understanding with others who truly get it.
Important to know:
This is a peer support space, not a clinical service.
No drinks or food will be provided, so if you’d like something to drink, feel free to bring your own.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to attend — the group is open to any adult who feels they would benefit from talking with others who have ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent experiences.
You’re also very welcome to bring along a supportive friend or family member if that helps you feel more comfortable, even if they aren’t neurodivergent themselves.
There’s no set agenda — it’s simply a relaxed space for neurodivergent adults to share experiences, connect, and help each other feel a little less alone.

NSC Wellbeing Day
We’re excited to be attending the NSC Wellbeing Day at the NSC Isle of Man on Tuesday 13th May as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Come along and say hello, find out more about Isle of Neurodiversity, and chat with us about creating more neuroinclusive spaces and support across the Isle of Man.
There’ll be lots of fantastic wellbeing activities throughout the day, as well as opportunities to connect with local charities and organisations supporting our community.
We very much look forward to seeing some of you there!

Neurodiversity at Work: Strength in Difference
What if the challenges people experience at work aren't about ability, but about environment?
Join us for an engaging, experience-led workshop exploring neurodiversity in the workplace and how inclusive environments help people, and organisations, thrive. Through personal stories, discussion, and interactive activities, we'll explore common neurodivergent experiences, the barriers people can face at work, and how small, practical adjustments can unlock strengths and improve wellbeing for everyone.
This session is designed to be reflective, accessible, and relevant to all colleagues, whether you're a manager, team member, or simply curious about creating more inclusive workplaces.
Discover how embracing different ways of thinking can improve collaboration, innovation, and performance across your organisation.
