About Us

Guided by the voices of neurodivergent people, we work to create a more inclusive island where every mind is valued and supported.

Isle of Neurodiversity exists to empower neurodivergent adults on the Isle of Man to thrive, not just survive.

We provide accessible information, peer support, and advocacy to reduce barriers, celebrate strengths, and build understanding across our community.

Our Purpose

To empower neurodivergent adults on the Isle of Man to live with confidence, connection, and pride — by creating spaces where every mind is understood, valued, and supported.

Our Vision

A truly inclusive Isle of Man where neurodiversity is recognised, celebrated, and embraced — and where all people can thrive as their authentic selves.

Our Mission

We provide information, advocacy, and peer-led support for neurodivergent adults across the Isle of Man. Through education, community, and collaboration, we work to break down barriers, challenge stigma, and promote understanding of the diverse ways people experience the world.

Our Ambition

Our ambition is to ensure that every neurodivergent adult on the Isle of Man has access to diagnosis, support, and acceptance. We strive to influence policy, improve services, and build a connected community that celebrates neurodiversity as a strength — not a challenge to overcome.

Isle of Neurodiversity is committed to operating transparently, ethically, and with the wellbeing of our community at the heart of everything we do. Our policies set out how we work, the standards we hold ourselves to, and the responsibilities we take seriously as a charity.

These documents are available to ensure clarity, accountability, and trust for everyone who engages with our organisation — including service users, volunteers, partners, donors, and the wider public. If you have any questions about our policies, please get in touch with us.
