Peer Support and Community Building

Upcoming Social Events

No one should have to navigate neurodivergence alone. Our peer support groups and social spaces—both online and in person—offer safe, sensory-friendly environments for connection, understanding, and belonging.

Whether through a quiet game night, a nature walk, or a chat on Discord, we’re creating a network where neurodivergent voices are heard and friendships can flourish.

We also encourage people to create and host their own events—from small meetups to creative activities or interest-based gatherings.

Our team will help facilitate and promote these events by adding them to our community calendar, so everyone has the chance to join in and help our neurodivergent community grow, together.

Please note: Our discord community is 18+ only.

Community Hours and Initiatives

Quiet hours are set times when local businesses make small, thoughtful adjustments to create a calmer and more accessible environment. These may include reduced lighting, lower noise levels, clearer signage, or a slower pace of service.

This list of friendly hours and initiatives aims to help autistic and other neurodivergent people plan visits with greater confidence and less stress. Adjustments may vary between businesses, so experiences can differ — but each participating venue is taking a positive step towards inclusion. We encourage visitors to check individual listings for details and to let us know about positive experiences or opportunities for improvement, so we can continue building a more accessible community together.
